Digital Products — No Change of Mind Refunds
All products sold on Tawajo are digital goods — instantly downloadable after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, we do notoffer refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, or found it different from what you expected.
When a Refund Is Possible
A refund may be issued if the product has a serious technical problemor is fully broken, and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable support.
Examples of valid issues:
- • The product does not function as described in its documentation
- • Core files are missing or corrupted
- • The product is incompatible with the environment stated in its requirements
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your product qualifies for a refund, please email us with:
- 1Your order number / purchase receipt
- 2A detailed description of the issue
- 3A screen recording or video showing the problem
Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment platform (Gumroad, Envato, LemonSqueezy, etc.), and you will be notified via email.
